We bring hundreds of fabric samples and hardware options directly to your home, so you can see how everything looks in your actual lighting and with your existing décor.

During your appointment, we’ll:

  1. Professionally measure each window
  2. Review your functional objectives (light filtering, blackout, etc.)
  3. Discuss drapery header styles and design options
  4. Explore hardware styles, finishes, and finials
  5. Design a cohesive solution for your room or rooms
  6. Provide complete pricing based on your selections and
    finalize your custom order and payment

After your consultation:

  • Custom fabrication (typically completed in 4-8 weeks)
  • When fabrication is completed, professional installation with quality hardware will be scheduled with you
  • Final styling and walkthrough

We’ll provide complete pricing during our appointment so you can make your decision, place your order, and check window treatments off your list—all in one session.

We meet at your home. I’ll bring hundreds of fabric samples, discuss your needs, and professionally measure your windows

3.

Receive complete pricing. You’ll have everything needed to finalize your order on the spot

4.

Your consultation investment is fully credited. The $1,250 consultation fee is applied to your window treatment purchase when you order within 7 days

Investment & Service Area

Consultation Investment: $1,250 consultation fee is paid at booking and fully credited toward your custom window treatment purchase when your order is placed within 7 days of your consultation appointment.

Window Treatment Payment Terms:

  • 80% payment is due to initiate your custom order (minus your credited $1,250 consultation fee)
  • 20% final payment is due before installation is scheduled

Non-Refundable Policy:

All payments become non-refundable once your custom order is placed, as custom window treatments are made to your exact specifications and cannot be resold.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will receive a 50% refund ($625)
  • Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable
  • Rescheduling is permitted once with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability

Window Treatment Investment:

Custom window treatments (including hardware and installation) are an investment, typically $1,500 to $4,500+ per window. Fabric and hardware selections, and the window treatment’s functional requirements have the greatest impact on the price. With proper care (periodic vacuuming), custom window treatments will function and look great for over a decade. (Custom window treatments should never be laundered or drycleaned.)

All window treatments are complete solutions including fabric, hardware, custom fabrication, and professional installation.

Pricing depends on:

  • Window dimensions and ceiling height
  • Fabric selection (hundreds of options available!)
  • Lining
  • Hardware style, finish, and finials
  • Header style (16 options) and treatment type

We’ll provide complete pricing during your consultation based on your specific window measurements and design selections.
